Criteria

1. Full-time undergraduate student (12 credits or more) enrolled within the University of Hawaii system for 2012-13
2. Hawaii resident
3. One letter of recommendation from a non-related individual
4. Demonstrate financial need
5. Have the following minimum academic record:
   • University freshmen & sophomores 2.5 cumulative GPA
   • University juniors & seniors 2.75 cumulative GPA
   • Community college students 2.0 cumulative GPA
