Criteria

  1. High school GPA of 2.0
  2. Demonstrated good citizenship supported by letters of recommendation and the student's own written statement of community service
  3. Limited to students classified as resident (excludes nonresident, military-exempt, foreign-exempt, faculty exempt, and student exchange tuition status
  4. Satisfactory academic progress
