ABRP 74 - Quarter Panel Replacement Techniques
- Prerequisite: ABRP 65 ABRP majors only.
Primary areas of instruction in this course will include fundamental procedures in the removal of stationary glass and the removal and replacement of a vehicle quarter panel.

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of ABRP 74, the student will be able to:
- Identify the different types of automotive glass
- Identify both common and specialty tools used for automotive glass replacement
- Identify fundamental adhesives and sealants used in the auto glass industry
- Analyze quarter panel damage and determine whether sectioning or full panel replacement is required
- Apply the principles and techniques of removing a damaged quarter panel
- Apply principles of proper surface preparation before welding panel replacement
- Apply principles and techniques of quarter panel alignment and installation
