Tuition and Fees

All tuition and fee charges at University of Hawai’i campuses are subject to change in accordance with requirements of State law and/or action by the University of Hawai’i Board of Regents or College Administration.

Schedule of Tuition and Fees (Per Semester)

All required tuition and fees must be paid by the student by the deadline or registration may be canceled. Students in need of financial aid may be assisted through the College's financial aid program, or in unusual cases by short-term emergency loans, if available. Additional charges may apply.

Summer 2013

  • Resident Tuition: $248 per credit
  • Non-Resident Tuition: $350 per credit
  • Pacific Islander Tuition: $299 per credit

Special Summer Tuition Rates for Developmental English and Math Courses Below the 100-level:

  • Resident Tuition: $101 per credit
  • Non-Resident Tuition: $296 per credit
  • Pacific Islander Tuition: $151.50 per credit

Courses with Special Summer Tuition Rates include:

  • ENG 19, 22, 60
  • MATH 9, 24, 25, 50
  • Learning Communitities: ENG 22 and IS 103, MATH 24 and IS 103

Fall 2013 - Spring 2014

  • Resident Tuition: $106 per credit
  • Non-Resident Tuition: $304 per credit
  • Activity Fee: $.50 - $5
  • Publication Fee: $5
  • Student Life Fee: $5

Off Campus Education Program Tuition Schedule

  • Residents: $250 per credit
  • Non-residents: $350 per credit

Payment Plan

Students who have registered and cannot pay in full by the designated deadlines and have an unpaid balance of $300.00 or more may have the option to enroll in the Payment Plan. Students in the Plan are assessed $30.00 per semester and are expected to pay all fi nancial charges incurred.
