Criteria

  1. Academic merit as demonstrated by a minimum GPA of 2.0. Satisfactory progress in the major is necessary to continue support for the student
  2. Some degree of financial need, not necessarily determined by federal guidelines
  3. Single parent with at least one child
  4. Recipients must be enrolled either full-time or part-time as an undergraduate who qualifies to enroll as a major in a Career and Technical Education degree or certificate program at Honolulu CC
