Honolulu Commnity College (HonCC) is committed to providing a safe and secure campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests. This pamphlet responds to the needs of the campus community and to the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990. HonCC is located a short distance from the heart of downtown Honolulu and occupies over 20 acres on Dillingham Boulevard in the Kalihi-Palama area. The Automotive and the Diesel Mechanic shops are located on Kokea Street.
