Where Can I Get a TB Test?

Free tests may be obtained at State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health clinics around the State. For the most updated information, visit Department of Health TB Branch website.

Step 1. Submit System Application Form

If you are military personnel (or dependent) stationed in Hawaiʻi, submit a copy of your military orders along with your application for admission (section F needs to be signed by your Commanding Officer)
